splenda, utensils, pots, pans, dishes, flatware, glasses, mixing bowls, baking dishes
- Toaster, coffee maker (5 cup drip with paper filters), microwave
- Paper products - paper towels and bathroom tissue
- Campfire ring with "limited" kindling and firewood provided (additional firewood - modest fee - ask owner)
- Weber charcoal grill (please bring your own lighter and charcoal) - Memorial Day through Columbus Day weekend
- Deck with table/chair
**There is a TV - DVD player and a selection of movies - (Sorry - there is no TV reception)

- Air Conditioner in upstairs window (June - August) - also ceiling fan in kitchen and dining area
- Gas Fireplace in dining area - mid-Oct. - mid-May

an "environmentally friendly" composting toilet. This unit has NO ODOR >>>> and,
all you do is add wood shavings and peat moss instead of flushing >>>>>
